Delivery Options

Duck1. Customer can collect from any of our stores (free)
2. Mainland UK. Up to 25kg sent by courier set charge of £6.95
3. Mainland UK. More than 25kg £11.95

Collection Details

If you wish to collect your order from the Ottery St Mary store you must state your chosen collection time in the delivery notes section. Customers collecting from the store will be able to collect on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays (excluding Christmas New Year and Easter) in addition to Monday to Friday. If your order has been placed before 9.30am your order can be ready to collect the next day. If some of your items are out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when they will be ready for collection.

Collecting from other stores: We do not deliver to all stores every day but expect to deliver at least twice a week. Therefore please allow 4 days before collection, or if it is urgent please call us for the earliest collection day. 

Courier delivery

Providing all of your items are in stock and your order has been placed before 9.30am Monday - Thursday, we will endeavour to have it dispatched that day - so you should receive next day delivery. Orders placed after 9.30am will be dispatched the following day so delivery can be expected two days after ordering. All courier delivery orders are normally delivered within five working days. Deliveries cannot be made over the weekend. Any orders placed after 9.30am on Thursday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. You are able to specify your own delivery date in the delivery notes section when at the 'Checkout'.

Out of Stock Items

The product is on order - if you wish to order this product we cannot guarantee next day delivery. If you include a to order product we will deliver your order when all items are in stock.
What if the item I would like to purchase is out of stock?
If you have a full basket of shopping and only a few of the items are out of stock then either we can hold your order until we are ready to send everything, or you can choose to pay postage and packaging twice so that we can send you the items that are available straight away and send the rest when it arrives in stock.
You are always welcome to email or ring us to check how long it would take to order the item.

What if I want to add something to my order?

If there is something you would like to add to your order please call us on 01404 815473 or email website@joshuasharveststore.co.uk. We will have to take an additional payment for the item but will be happy to add it to your parcel if it has not already been packed.

What if I want to take delivery outside of the UK?

At this point in time we are not able to deliver outside of the UK.

What if the item I would like to purchase is out of stock?

If an item you would like to purchase is marked as out of stock please place your order and we will get the goods to you as soon as possible.

What should I do if I want to order in large quantities?

If you want to enquire about ordering larger quantities then you will need to contact us. In this instance please email website@joshuasharveststore.co.uk, or ring 01404 815473.

If there is a problem with your shopping and you need to return an item please post it to:

Please email us at website@joshuasharveststore.co.uk or ring us on 01404 815473 to inform us that the item is being returned. Once we have recieved the item we will send you a refund. Please note that you must inform us you would like to return the item within 2 days of receiving the goods. The items must then be returned to us within 7 days of you informing us, in accordance with our returns policy. Returns must be well wrapped and packaged, if the item breaks in the post due to poor packaging we will not be able to offer you a refund.
