With price hikes on food very much in the news at the moment, at Joshua’s we are doing our best to keep these to a minimum and we have found that our local suppliers are doing the same. So when you read in the news about some of the huge rises, such as the price of chicken and croissants, it might be worth while looking at the profits supermarkets declare. Some prices are up worldwide, such as rice and figs, but these are cyclical so it might make sense to try something else for a while until supply increases again. As always we believe in keeping our prices affordable and trying to do what we do well and efficiently, with minimum waste.
