If you are unable to pop into our wonderful store in Ottery do not worry, you can now shop with us online and it is very easy!
Our site is extremely secure so you do not have to worry about providing personal details or using your credit or debit card online. To read more about our security policy please see our Terms and Conditions.
Although you can browse our store without logging in you will need to register an account with us before you can make a purchase. This is so that we can store all your details in the safest way possible. When you register your account you can choose whether or not you would like to receive emails from us or our regular e-news. We suggest you accept this so that we can let you know when we launch new products and have special promotions going on, but this is entirely up to you.

1. Enter the shop using the 'Online Store 'button on the left
2. Filter through the departments and categories by clicking on either the picture or name. If you want to go back a stage you can click on the appropriate link, or use the green 'Home' button under our logo to return to our homepage. You can also search for a particular item using the search box in the top left corner.
3. Once you have reached the list of items that you want you can sort these in various ways to help you find the most suitable product for your needs.
- To sort alpahabetically click on 'Product'
- Sort by feature to prioritise items according to your needs. For instance if you would like to look at all of our organic beers click on the word organic and this will bring these products to the top of the list.
- To sort by price click on 'Price'
- To see what special offers we have available click on 'Promotion'
4. Once you have chosen the product that you want simply type the number of items into the box and click the add button. You can then continue shoppping by following the return to the store link, empty your basket if you want to put the items back on the shelf and start again, or progress to the checkout to make your purchase.
Top tips to help you shop
If you are feeling unimaginative check out our 'people who bought this also bought...' links at the bottom of each product page. These suggestions are built on geniune data and may help you to choose exactly which bottle of wine to enjoy alongside your vegetable lasagne!
Have a look at our top sellers box. We have made it very quick and easy for you to find our most popular items so you can pick them up before they run out! If you like what you see click on the item and it will take you to the product page, then just add it to your basket!
Check out 'My Items' in the 'Your Details' section of your account. Here you will see a list of items that you have previously purchased from the store. This makes it easy to find the products you know you like and by entering a quantity in the box next to each item and clicking add you can simply reorder.
Keep your eyes peeled for our promotion boxes. Here we list items that are on special offer, new products, or items that we recommend for a particular season or upcoming occasion.
