Elderflower cordial – The delicate taste of hand picked elderflowers perfectly bottlegreen- elderflowercaptures the lazy days of summer. Simply dilute with cold water, add ice, relax in your garden and sip, or add to champagne for a rather special treat! Also makes a delicious salad dressing for a chicken and pasta salad: mix 2 tablespoons of Elderflower cordial, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar, ˝ a tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Ginger & Lemongrass cordial – An exotic blend of fiery Thai root ginger and fragrant, tender shoots of lemongrass. Relax with a Millenium Meltdown - one part brandy and one part Ginger & Lemongrass cordial poured over cracked ice. Top up with soda water and serve with a slice of lemon. Try splashing ginger and lemongrass cordial and soy sauce on a pork and pepper stir fry for a bit of extra spice.
