Try Roasting Your Brussel Sprouts

Why not try roasting your Brussels sprouts? Parboil them first for about 7 mins
then drain them and roll them in a roasting dish in oil, garlic, rosemary and coarse sea salt and pepper. Place them in a preheated oven at about 180c. Turn or shake them about from time to time. They take about 20-25 mins to roast and we have been really enjoying this novel way to serve them.
