Joshua's staff recommend...Smoked Haddock & Stilton
Peter, one of our Retail Sales Managers suggests wrapping a smoked haddock fillet in silver foil and cooking in the oven for fifteen to twenty minutes. Open the foil making it into a dish, and top the fish with generous chucks of stilton cheese. Then simply return it to the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
This is great served with new potatoes and lightly grilled English asparagus or serve a smaller portion with crusty bread as a starter.
Frozen haddock fillets are available in our freezers and stilton is available at our cheese counter.
