Stir frys are so quick to do and really healthy because you release the goodness of the foods but don’t lose it. And of course they taste so good too. Make them up yourself, using a wide selection of vegetables, mix the colours for maximum benefit, more the merrier,not too many of the earthy flavour ones,
(remember the "eat rainbows" advice) If you are using meat, fry it in the oil in a wok first, then add a suitable sauce & to add zing include some quite strong flavours such as ginger and garlic. Add the cut up vegetables - these need to be quite small. Stir - keep it moving, you are not really frying the veg but steaming them, this avoids burning the bottom and circulates the heat. Serve as soon as the vegetables are soft enough, but still bright and a little crunchy.
