Serve cool in a long glass and experience the true citrus overtones that are delicately flavoured with spices and vanilla. This combination of flavours is enlivened byt the final ingredient, the gentle subtle sweetening of organic maple syrup. This is an excellent refreshing beer and an ideal complement to many delicious foods, particuarly Thai curry and other delicately spiced dishes.

St Austell Brewery

St Austell Brewery is an independent family owned company and aims to be the regions most successful brewer. Formed in 1851 by Walter Hicks the company now owns and manages numerous pubs and hotels in the region as well as producing award winning bottle beers for retail. In 2006 the Director of Brewing, Roger Ryman, was crowned the Brewer of the Year by the highly influential British Guild of Beer Writers, recognising him as the UK’s number one in his field for 2006.

Ethical - To classify as ethical all of these products have had to meet Joshua’s own strict ethical criteria, meaning we consider them to be ethically produced.

Biodynamic - Biodynamic products are those that have been produced using biodynamic methods. More information on biodynamic agriculture .

Local - Local products have all been produced in Devon or within one hour of our store.

Wheat-Free - These products all claim they are wheat free on their packaging

Joshua’s - These products are all either Joshua’s branded, or made by our chef and his team here on site.
