From Grenache and Monestrell this wine has a deep cherry colour with dry fresh raspberry flavours and great length. Perfect for entertaining. It is elaborated with red grapes and has a deep pink-colour and cherry hues. Aroma of red fruit with lactic hints and a gentle floral background. Ideal as an aperitif or combined with pasta, rice, fish well-seasoned white meat and red meat stews.

Canals Canals

For almost a century the Canals Canals family has been dedicated to the production of high quality wines on its estate in Castellvi de Rosanes in Catalunya. In 1975 Miguel Canals Olle and his son Ramon, started to develop cava on the estate and following RamonCanals’ marriage to Ma Àngels Canals a new company CANALS CANALS was established. A family business still: Ramon and Ma Àngels children are now trying their hand at the craft. With a keen focus on the traditional methods passed down from the older generations. It just so happens that these methods are perfectly in tune with the Organic wine movement. The vineyards for these wines are situated in the hills of the Alt. Penedès, the high amounts of sunshine and persistent Mediterranean breeze allow Organic viticulture to be adopted easily. Further to this Ramon has a great understanding of the vineyards ecosystem.
