Amaizin Corn Chips are made of French certified organic corn which is guaranteed free from genetic modification. The corn chips are produced in Belgium. European production from European corn means less transport which is better for the environment. The use of corn flour makes the chips extra thin and crispy. The chips are then baked in organic palm oil which helps to keep the chips tasty for a longer time. The Nachos have an additional taste of cheese and use cheese is produced with vegetable rennet. Use with your hot meal as a side dish or with Mexican beans heated in the oven or grilled with grated cheese on top.

Amaizin

Amaizin produces a range of organic rice and corn chips.  The corn chips are produced in Belgium and are guaranteed to be free of genetically modified ingredients. Their rice crackers are made in Thailand from organic broken rice. The rice is from an organic project in the north of Thailand where the social circumstances of the farmers and their families are taken care of. The crackers are not only tasty but also nutritious and less than 2% fat.

Vegetarian - These products all state that they are vegetarian / vegan on their packaging. Items that are naturally suitable for vegetarians are not included.

Gluten-Free - These products all carry an on-pack claim stating that they are gluten free.

Ethical - To classify as ethical all of these products have had to meet Joshua’s own strict ethical criteria, meaning we consider them to be ethically produced.

Biodynamic - Biodynamic products are those that have been produced using biodynamic methods. More information on biodynamic agriculture .

Local - Local products have all been produced in Devon or within one hour of our store.

Wheat-Free - These products all claim they are wheat free on their packaging

Joshua’s - These products are all either Joshua’s branded, or made by our chef and his team here on site.
